MREF Expands Staff and Office
MREF welcomed Melissa Walrath as an administrative assistant, and tripled its office space. MREF now operates from the second floor of the 101 Seventh Avenue South office complex in downtown St. Cloud.
McCarter Joins MREF
Jerry McCarter joined the Minnesota Real Estate Foundation (MREF) as professional advisor relations officer. McCarter is a certified public accountant and previously served as a principal with the LarsonAllen before retiring in January. As professional advisor relations officer for MREF, McCarter will be responsible for building a network of professional advisors and working with the MREF team to enable nonprofit organizations, donors and advisors to take advantage of the charitable opportunity that exists with gifts of real estate.
